    The Worthington Foundation strives to make college affordable through their generous scholarship program. As a partner university, students who attend Husson could receive up to $2,000 per semester for up to 8 semesters through the Worthington Scholarship. 

    To apply, students must meet the following criteria:
    • Must be graduating in Spring 2021 from a Maine school in Hancock, Knox, Lincoln, Waldo and Washington counties.
    • Must have an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) from your 2021-22 FAFSA of $15,000 or less
    • Must have a high School GPA of B or greater.
    • Must plan to enroll full time (at least 12 credits/semester) at Husson University in Fall 2021.

    As part of the selection process, Husson University discloses financial and other information to the Worthington Scholarship Foundation. In order to sustain the award, the Foundation expects that students will continue to disclose educational records particularly as it relates to Grade Point Average. In order to facilitate this exchange of information, students who receive a Worthington Scholarship will be expected to sign a records release form waiving relevant rights to privacy established by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act.
